Has my order been dispatched yet?

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that during busy sale periods, there may be slight delays. Shipping time is additional to processing time, and delivery dates are estimates only as delays can occasionally occur with the courier.

Returns & Cancellation

We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please email us at order@therose9.com with your order number and details of the issue. If the item is damaged or faulty, include clear photos as evidence within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

- Return postage expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

- If a parcel is returned to us as "Return to Sender," re-shipping costs will also be the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed. Please choose carefully, as we are unable to accept responsibility for change-of-mind purchases.

I put the wrong address for my order, can I change it?

If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us within 24 hours. If your order hasn't been shipped then we can update your delivery address but if the order has been shipped then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

My order is still not here please help?

If you order has taken longer than 15 working days from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We offer a Money Back Guarantee or will have your order resent.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still cannot find it and would like it resent then please do let us know.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you can’t find it, check your junk/spam folder. After your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking ID will be sent. Use this ID on the courier’s website to track your parcel.

What are the payment options available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We also accept PayPal payments as well. If your card was declined then please do not worry, simply contact us and we will advise you.
